On-line registration for the cross country season is available via the Athletics Tasmania website www.tasathletics.org.au
Click on "Register now" then selected Northern Branch, then Newstead Harriers, from the drop down options.
On-line registration for the 2010-11 track and field season is also available now.
INTERCLUB

Anyone requiring new club competition singlets ($35) or casual club polo tops ($30) should email the club advising size and they can be dropped in to you (within Launceston area).
FUNDING ASSISTANCE
Registered NHC members please note - funding grants from the club are available to assist you to travel to national championships. The club would be delighted to reward you for this fine achievement.
Apply in writing/email to the club secretary.

Congratulations to Arabella Phillips on her gold medal at the Tasmanian Little Athletics cross country championships at Campbelltown in a personal best time.
Next NHC event, Tailrace, Saturday 11th September, 1pm. 5km and 1.5km only.
TRACK AND FIELD
Register now for the upcoming season. Anyone requiring new club singlets please advise.
Training with Max has started for the upcoming track season, at St Leonards, Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 4pm and Sundays from 10:30am. Any interested club members preparing for school or club track and field events, please go along.
Members aged 13-19 years who wish to nominate for Athletics Tasmania's Development Squad should view the relevent section of the AT site for criteria, and submit a nomination prior to the closing date in October.
