On-line registration for the cross country and track and field season is available via the Athletics Tasmania website www.tasathletics.org.au

Click on "Register now" then selected Northern Branch, then Newstead Harriers, from the drop down options.

INTERCLUB
Interclub results available at the NBAAT website: www.northerntasathletics.org.au 

Anyone requiring new club competition singlets ($35) or crop tops (price TBA) should email the club advising size. 

FUNDING ASSISTANCE 
Registered NHC members please note - funding grants from the club are available to assist you to travel to national championships. The club would be delighted to reward you for this fine achievement. 

Apply in writing/email to the club secretary. 

INSURANCE

Personal injury insurance cover is provided to registered members of the club through the club's affiliation with Athletics Tasmania, and public liability coverage is also provided to the club through this affiliation.    Unregistered "trialling members" participate at own risk.

NEWSTEAD HARRIERS ATHLETICS CLUB JUNIOR SQUAD NEWS.

The latest news on the squad is that the new squad  shirts leave England this week, thanks to naming rights sponsor, iconic British clothing brand Ronhill.  These are free of charge to junior squad members.

Club members requiring black shorts are advised that a bulk order from Ronhill clothing will be made in January so if you need new black shorts or perhaps another item from the range, please check the website  and provide your requirements and payment by mid-January.  Use the form on the "Contacts" page of this site.

Plans are underway for a squad coaching clinic in the New Year, details to be advised when finalised with the ATFCA (coach assocation).

Reminder that the expectation is that members will undertake a reasonable level of participation at training, interclub/other NBAAT/AT events and promote the club and its sponsors to the best of their ability. 

A lesser commitment is required of those also in Little Athletics due to age and the very full schedule of events that is involved with LAs.

TRACK AND FIELD TRAINING:

Training is is available for the track and field season, with club coaches Max O'Toole and Susan McClenaghan - contact Susan for details.

CLOTHING ORDER A small order of crop tops only has been requested.  This is not expected to arrive until the New Year due to larger orders being filled by the supplier first.  A singlet order will be done prior to the cross country season.
